LABC-Warranty_CMYK_negMiddleton Hall is delighted to have won a BRICKS award for The Waterside development, specifically for the ‘Development of the Year, 11-50 units’ category.

The ‘BRICKS’ are awarded by the LABC – the Local Authority Building Controls. The awards scheme ‘recognises and rewards the hard work of developers and contractors who stand out from the crowd in delivering high quality construction and design’.

Middleton Hall was nominated by the LABC building inspectors, who see the work all the way through the project. Judging was carried out on visits that were not pre-arranged. It really is about high quality by those who know.

Jeremy Walford said ‘I am delighted that all the hard work and clear focus on quality throughout The Waterside has been recognised. Apart from the innovation in building the first zero carbon retirement housing in the UK, the attention to detail has been apparent by how pleased all our customers have been in moving in.’
