The Recruitment Process

Through our recruitment process, we aim to attract, select and appoint the best candidates, who are well-suited to the roles and share Middleton Hall’s values.

Our selection process assesses your suitability in a relaxed, effective way. We want to see the ‘real’ person; your skills and strengths. If you are a caring and dedicated person, you may well be suited to working at Middleton Hall regardless of experience or qualifications.

If you are interested in working here, have a look at the current vacancies. Download and complete an application form, or contact us for further details.

If there are no positions available but you feel you would like to be considered for a future role, please forward your CV with a covering letter explaining your situation to Gillian Nicholls, HR Assistant.

“I can see exactly what the person wants and how I can help them. This is what person centred care is all about.”
Senior Carer, Middleton Court – 2017

“I know who my Champions are – they are great at organising Living Well. They look at the different things we can do, and when putting staff down for the activity, they look at what they enjoy doing or have an interest in. For example, I would not be good at doing crafts, but I am good at other things”
Carer, Middleton Court – 2017

“Never has a member of staff told me they ‘weren’t paid enough’ in the course of caring for my mother, which has been my experience elsewhere. ALL Middleton Hall staff are professional in their work and even when extremely busy – care is never hurried, half done or omitted”
