Springing into March
There is much to look forward to as we speed on through March.
Lots of lovely Mothers enjoyed a special Mother’s Day Lunch and many of them have booked a return visit for lunch on Easter Sunday. Our chef, Alan Chambers has designed a three course menu that combines traditional favourites and imaginative twists.
As well as our regular coffee mornings, A la Carte and Sunday Carvery dining events, we have Greek Night, Irish Night and an Argentinian evening to experience.
The Bowling Clubs are arranging to literally get back into the swing of things and the first independently organised walk of the year will set off in March. The programmes for both promise a sociable and invigorating 2016.
Moorhens and frogs are now seen in our grounds and we eagerly await the hatching of tawny owl chicks from eggs laid in February. It’s all happening!
