The roles are varied but the main focus is to ensure that every resident receives the necessary support and care detailed in their individual well-being plan. This may include support with dressing, mobility and social care all promoting independence and ensuring engagement at every opportunity.
This role is working within our Nursing Care Service.
You will need to enjoy working with the elderly, be trustworthy and reliable, committed to providing a quality service, be a team player, have a good sense of humour and make each resident feel special.
These are part time, permanent roles, working a combination of early and afternoon shifts. This is on a rota basis so shifts will fall across weekdays and weekends.
Successful candidates will take part in a 6 day induction programme when joining the company. If you have no specific care qualifications when you join, you will be expected to study for the Care Certificate during your first three months of joining with a commitment to studying for an NVQ qualification within a year. Middleton Hall offers various training courses and programmes to be able to increase your knowledge in your role.
