We have a vacancy for a Front of House Assistant working 30 hours per week, you will need to have a friendly manner, a positive can do attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Duties include meeting and greeting customers, taking orders, serving drinks and food in the Orangery and Restaurant, booking functions, general housekeeping, clearing tables and washing up and at the same time  ensuring the highest standards of service is delivered at all times.  The role will also involve ordering goods from our suppliers and using our till system.

You should have a high attention to detail, be a great team player with a patient and caring approach and always remain calm and focused under pressure.  We are looking for people who are able to provide that 5* service in a friendly way and enjoy working in a customer focused environment.  shifts will include working weekdays, weekends and evenings as required.   We will need the successful candidate to be flexible to cover extra shifts if required.

Knowledge of dietary requirements and handling food would be an advantage.
