Even if people living independently are usually quite happy and able to look after themselves, there may be times, through having a busy schedule, guests, or a period of illness, when they could do with a helping hand.
Help is available in various ways.

The Gardening team is happy to help you enjoy your outdoor space. They can clean and plant up your pots and store them over the winter season if you wish. Moving garden furniture? This is the team for you. Contact one of the team via reception for details and costs.
Likewise, if you have a household job in mind but for whatever reason, prefer to enlist help, get in touch with a member of the Maintenance team for details and costs. They will help put up shelving, change light fittings, paint and decorate … All with a smile.
If you are not feeling well and would benefit from having a meal from the cold selection of dishes delivered, give The Orangery a ring on 01325 331444 and they will arrange this for you.
Repeat prescriptions and those prescribed during a home visit from Felix House Surgery are delivered by the cheerful Maurice to your door (The Waterside) and to Reception for you to collect (Middleton Woods).
Malcolm visits Middleton Hall monthly to wash cars (exterior and/or interior) for all those who leave their keys at reception on the appropriate day. Contact reception to find out the date of Malcolm’s next visit.
Refuse Bin Moving
For a small charge, we will move your bin in and out on the appropriate refuse collection day (The Waterside only). Please contact reception to find out more.
