MH12B – RGN Nights x 9 hours Permanent Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic, suitably qualified and experienced RGN to join our existing Night Team, working 9 hours per week on a rota basis.

The role will see you working across all Middleton Hall services, aiding, supporting and encouraging residents at all times.

You will provide a range of nursing care and ensure our residents live well at every opportunity.

Successful candidates will take part in a 6 day induction programme when joining the company.  If you have no specific care qualifications when you join, you will be expected to study for the Care Certificate during your first three months of joining with a commitment to studying for an NVQ qualification within a year.  Middleton Hall offers various training courses and programmes to be able to increase your knowledge in your role.

MH12E – Carer – Nights 18 hours Permanent Position

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on our nights team.

These rewarding and critical roles are key to the ongoing well-being of our residents – you make the difference.   The role is varied but the main focus is to ensure that every resident is supported in the way that they choose as detailed in their support/care plans.  The role involves delivering the highest standards of support at night that may include bathing, dressing, nutrition, mobility and living well promoting independence and ensuring engagement at every opportunity.

You will need to enjoy working with older people, be a caring and patient individual, be trustworthy and reliable, be a team player, have a good sense of humour and make each resident feel special.

Shifts are from 9.00pm to 7.00am and include weekend working.

You must enjoy working with older people and valuing each person’s uniqueness and be able to motivate and encourage residents to maintain their independence and life skills, you will also need to be trustworthy, reliable and committed to providing a quality service.

We are looking for a team player with a sense of humour who is prepared to be flexible and willing to learn. Having a clean driving licence and able to drive a car/minibus would be an advantage but not essential.

The role is varied but the main focus is to ensure that every resident receives the necessary support and care detailed in their individual well-being plan.  This may include support with dressing, mobility and social care, promoting independence or generally living life to the full.

This role is for a permanent position consisting working across a seven day period, including weekdays and weekends.  Applicants must be flexible and willing to help the team by working extra shifts if required.

MH10E1 SL- Carer x 21 hours Flexible Position

We have new exciting opportunities for staff who want to make a difference, enjoy a challenge and want to be part of a dynamic and forward thinking team.

We have opened a new area within our Middleton Gardens Service, consisting of 12 rooms, where we will actively encourage our residents to use their life skills on a daily basis.  Residents will plan their days, with staff supporting and helping them to be independent.

Our emphasis is enabling residents to reach and exceed their potential with staff supporting them.  This new service is designed to offer more flexibility and choices, therefore staff must be able to embrace change and diversity, recognise each individual’s needs and to be able to think on their feet and make each resident feel special.
